We are delighted to announce that some of our students have been shortlisted in this year’s ‘Barnsley’s Young Creatives Awards’ in the discipline of ‘Poetry’.
Not only did our pupils write their own poetry, but some of our more confident learners were filmed reading their poetry direct to camera.
With an exceptionally high standard of entries across all participating schools, having our pupils’ work recognised among the top submissions is a fantastic achievement.
We are immensely proud of our young writers for their creativity, passion, and COURAGE. Huge congratulations to everyone involved for representing our school community so brilliantly!
